Who we are

Echo Harbor: General Delivery (回声港：待领) is a story game for iPhone made by Apex Topia Inc., 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Apex Topia Inc.

What we collect

Nothing. The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not connect to the internet. It never asks for your email address, location, contacts, photos or other personal information.

The only thing you type is a name for your courier ID. A name is filled in for you, you can use any name you like, and it never leaves your device. We can’t see your progress, your courier name or anything you do in the game.

The Privacy Policy row in the game’s Settings opens this page in your web browser. It is the only web link in the game, and the game itself makes no connection.

What stays on your device

To remember where you are in the story, the game keeps a few things in its own private storage on your device:

• your progress: the state of the harbor, the deliveries you have made, your journal and your courier ID, including the name you write on it;
• your settings, such as sound, music, haptics, motion, walking speed, left-handed mode and whether doors always show results.

This information is used only inside the game. The game never sends it anywhere, and we never receive it.

No analytics, ads, tracking or third-party code

• The game contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or social SDKs, and no code from other companies that could collect data.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use the advertising identifier.
• We do not sell, rent or share any information about you, because we have none.

Apple

You get the game from the App Store, which Apple runs under Apple’s own privacy policy. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device’s settings (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us crash reports and summary statistics that do not identify you. We use them only to fix problems in the game. You can turn this sharing off at any time in the same place.

If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, the backup may include your game progress. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple; we have no access to them.

If a future update offers in-app purchases, Apple handles the payment and we never see your payment details.

Deleting your data

Because your data exists only on your device, you are in full control of it:

• In the game, open Settings and choose Delete all local data. Your harbor, courier ID and settings are removed, and the game starts again from the title.
• Or delete the app. Deleting it deletes everything the game stored on your device.

A copy may remain in an older backup until that backup is replaced or deleted. There is nothing to request from us, because we hold no data about you.

If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to answer you. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your message with anyone, and we delete it once your question has been resolved, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other servers: no fonts, no scripts and no embedded content. The company that hosts it (Cloudflare, Inc., under its own privacy policy) may briefly keep technical logs of requests, such as the IP address and time, to run and protect the service. We don’t use them to identify you and don’t combine them with anything else.

Children

The game is suitable for players of all ages. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 or under the minimum age in their country. The game has no ads, no chat and no way to share anything with other people. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question, please contact us at the address below.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR in Europe and state laws in the United States give you rights over the personal data a company holds about you, including the right to access, correct or delete it. Because the game collects nothing, we hold no such data. The only exceptions are an email you send us and the host’s short-lived request logs described above; you can ask us to show you or delete your emails.

We handle emails and these logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you and keeping the site running. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a future version of the game ever needed to handle data differently, we would update this policy before that version is released and mention the change in the App Store release notes.
